Find an experienced exterior painting contractor in WA

Looking to get the front of the house repainted please. Please advise if quote includes paint - I can provide paint if required.

We would like the outdoor ceiling painted, same colour (white). The house is 100sqm.

Outside wooden feature above garage and top of house needs sanding and painting. Also looking to get the edging trim painted same colour white.

Stone look cladding on front exterior feature wall of new build 3x2 single story home. Approx 2-3m2. Will require supply and install - like the colour of this “coastal limestone” however, happy to go with what is available in similar colour way. a) Bring down the sign from the wall, sign is made up of 4 separate pieces (no disposal required) b) paint the entire wall (top & bottom) shown in the image attached Looking to get this done in last week of November.

We have a timber deck that has faded/worn due to weather 63m2 in total the job will require a floor sander to remove the exisiting coating and then repainted Whilst only the first 8-10 slats are affected I believe it will need the entire deck to be completed as it may not tie in otherwise

Need some exterior house eaves and fascia painted. Some has already been done but these areas are out of reach so will need someone with ladder/experience on roof as some is on second story. See images, red highlighted areas for painting.
