I am nearing settlement buying a house. It is 4x1, living room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining (all one room) and corridor. I do not have pictures yet but the property living space is 123 sqm. I am looking for separate quotes on painting internal house and painting external house (includes front door and garage door and all trims externally). I am looking for quotes with materials sourced by yourself or not sourced. I know it is abit difficult without viewing and measuring up the property as it stands. But looking for raw estimates at the moment. Once I am in the property I would be happy for you to come and measure up to provide a quote.

Eaves of admin building need to be painted and Rack holding stock to have exterior face painted.

Limewash the outside exterior bricks & grout of our house white. Three coats. We will provide the limewash. See example of testing patches.

Entire house, pathway and driveway

Decking originally built around 2007/08. Has been painted once with Cabot's Exterior Timber stain which has coped quite well since then. Jarrah boards. Now some of the boards need repair plus a repaint.

We have wooden vertical beams, horisontal beams, door frames and roof frames. I need advise on what needs to be done to enable them to last and look nicer. They are showing signs of age and sun. I would like a wuote for the job and the job complete before Jan 20th
