Shane could not be more helpful. He arrived on time and assembled the furniture in a great time. He definitely knows what he is doing and the furniture has been assembled perfectly. Not only that but he is incredibly professional and seems like a super genuine and nice person. We will definitely use Shane again and wish we had found him sooner as we would have saved ourselves lots of flat pack assembling arguments haha.

4 dining chairs to be assembled (LUCA) tools needed Phillips head screwdriver and soft head mallet
completed the job and very efficient but I was not aware of the bonus option when releasing payment so I ended up putting bonus plus the original offer making the payment doubled. I requested support if this can be refunded but I got a reply that this must be handled between the airtasker and me. I messaged privately and didn't get a reply and also support has informed him about it but I was told he refused to return it. what can I do?
