Find an experienced female personal trainer in ACT

I would like to arrange a once-off and then possible ongoing personal training appointment for my grandmother who has recently moved here from Queensland after losing her husband. She is extremely antisocial after being isolated as a carer in a remote town for a decade and despite having a lovely disposition, she is very nervous about being leaving her Belconnen apartment. I was wondering if I could obtain some information or options about one-on-one or in-home personal training. I see this as a way for her to have some visits and build up some confidence whilst introducing gentle exercise. She is capable of walking quite long distances and has stayed active but has not done any "formal" or structures exercise in her life. Females only, please.
