Customised workout plans

Your female personal trainer may start by interviewing you and asking about your fitness goals, your schedule, what kinds of exercise you enjoy doing, what you’d be open to trying, and so on. They might ask if you’re okay with buying new equipment or going to nearby parks or pools for workouts like running or swimming.  

Once they grasp what you like (and don’t like), they’ll come up with a fitness plan. Sometimes, this may consist of a mix of high-intensity workouts and recovery days.
