Need to fix my fence with a new one.

Hello My neighbour and I have an 18m long lowest timber retaining wall and timber fence on the boundary line. Both are rotting and need to be replaced. I want the retaining wall to be replaced with concrete sleepers and the fence to be replaced with a new timber fence. Fence is approx 1.8m high. Open to quotes.

We are wanting to add privacy to our courtyard by topping our timber fence with a trellis for climbing vines. After a solid but simple timber frame (treated for outdoor use with no weather protection) secured to the fence, and all the way too the ground to ensure best support & no fence sagging under pressure over time. I just had a timber pergola thing cut down from the front of the house. There are brackets left (9)that are riveted in to metal under gutter that need them removed (see picture). I also then need the area puttied up and prepped for painting. I will paint myself. I also have around 8 timber fence palings replaced on our side fence too. (See picture). Need someone for 8 hours who is Ok with using a lightweight electric jackhammer and hand held petrol auger to dig holes for the fence posts. Holes aren't that big because only using 40mm x 40mm galvanised RHS. Also a small trench must be dug for the wire to sit in. Removed the old fence today and the ground is not that tough actually, mostly just dirt.

I need roughly 18m of pool fencing installed above my retaining wall. I have the fence and posts and a few fittings. I have attached pictures to with the fence layer out in position.
