Price is quite firm (maybe slight negotiation) as we can do the job ourselves, and have done it previously with no issues. Shouldn’t take much more than 30 minutes - we just can’t be bothered :)

Black metal custom made gate. Attached on 2 posts. Posts are bolted on the ground. Uncertain whether they are concreted. The gate posts are wobbly. They are bolted on the ground but not secured to the wall or the fence. So the gate rattles and shakes.

The existing gate post (65x65mm) has been pushed over by the neighbour's garden wall so that the gate now can't be opened and closed easily. The post on the house side is OK. The job would need the gate to be removed, the existing post dug up, a new post installed so it's plumb, and the gate then re-hung. You can see in the images how much the neighbour's wall is leaning, and how the capstone has been pushed loose. It's the neighbour's wall and it needs to stay in place.

The previous owner did not install the gate properly - the post is not attached to the wall correctly and on the fence side the post is just strapped to the fence. Approx size of fence - height is 165 cm, width is 175 cm. I think the existing gate can be used with some fixing - anchoring both the posts to the wall and:or ground correctly and re attaching the gate with a lock. See attached photos
