I guess the job shall include installing six new 100mmx100mm 2.4m H4 treated pine posts with 600mm minimum below ground and two 20kg bag concrete per post, and fixing/restoring the fence to the new posts. Install dividing fence (colourbond) of 27.5m long. Remove existing colourbond fence and take to tip. Colourbond Fence materials already acquired. Any additional materials eg Treated Pine 200mm etc will need to be supplied/quoted. Note: property is relatively flat. Estimated 8 Tree Root Holes present on boundary.

Divider/ steel groove that sections the driveway has lifted and twisted. Needs to be replaced and missing Pebblecrete filled with similar colour.
