Fence is shared with a strata title next door / rear. The wooden fence (poor quality build) needs to be replaced. I need a section of fence replaced. The timber has rotted, and now the gate is difficult to open/close given it's about to fall over. The section is 3m long it total, and 1.8m high, please see attached photo. I'd like a quote for lap and cap, and lap only. No need for the lattice section above the gate itself.
