Looking for someone to repair hand rail on the stair case at the front of our house and also build a gate and fence to close in the front garden and make it childproof (ie. installing a lockable gate latch on the front gate - can be supplied if necessary). Gate would need to match the current picket fence pictured. Painting of gate and fence not required. Ideally task to complete by Jan 26th but can be flexible.

Our corrugated fence has come off on one side and needs to be fixed up. The bottom railing has rotten and needs to be replaced, the other two might require replacing as well.
