We need to have a new gate sourced, painted and installed with existing colonial latch. Will also need to be installed to reduce existing rub as one fence post is on a slight angle. We already have the required paint. May need an extra piece of wood cut and sanded to ensure fence can be installed flush with posts. Cost is not including cost of materials.

I need a new pine fence built. Nearly Identical to the one seen in the pictures. It needs to be very tall for privacy between myself and my neighbour. The dimensions of the fence will be . 2550mm high and 5.2m long. As this is quite a tall fence I would like 4x backing horizontal pine struts or rails (I don't know what the terminology is) to ensure it is sturdy and can stand strong winds and perhaps supported by galvanised steel posts to ensure a robust permanent structure. The timing will be a while with this as there will be some negotiation with the next door neighbour who is a landlord, and coordinating it with the tenants of the property. Perhaps a guide might be in one month (pending your availability of course). Refer to pictures to see the pine fence that needs to be duplicated. Note that the new fence is slightly taller than the one in the images.

Fix Back gate that is currently “sticking” at top (non hinge) side of gate. Suspect this is most likely due to slight movement of fence and gate. I believe the required fix is to (supply) and install an additional hinge near the top of the gate. Gate and fence are approx 2m high. Current hinges are rivet screws.
