A retaining wall sleepers that sits under the colourbond fence has rotted and needs replacing. It's approximately 40-50cm height (2 thick beams) and approximately a length of about 8m. There is a paling fence on the other side so pavers might need to be removed to access/replace rotten timber. The water tank is empty as needs repair
