We have an existing gate with a Magna Lock that is broken. I have already purchased a new (exactly the same) lock that needs to be installed in its place. The gate is located on a timber/steel waist height gate within a daycare centre.

I have a wooden paling fence which needs replacement or repair. It’s 10m in length and 1.8m tall on our side. The post runs another 1m against the wall below until it goes into the ground. Easy access to both sides. Plain wood, painting preferred. Demolish and remove old fence. Please provide estimate quote for supply and labour.
