Hi everyone, I need someone with the know how to help extend the height of my driveway gate. It has a few problems which you can't see real well in the pictures. I have a growing dalmatian puppy and a Houdini staffy so I need a bigger and more secure gate across our yard. I don't have a huge income as I'm a single parent to two kids and work casually. Replacement of short section of timber fence and gate with new (suggest colourbond) fence/gate - Due date: Before Friday, 1 April 2022

House is situated on a moderately sloping block and was built in 1999. The block is fenced on 2 sides and at the back with a colourbond fence which is mounted on treated pine plinth boards some of which are deteriorating and require replacement. The fence on the southern side, as well as plinth boards, is situated on top of a rock retaining wall which is graduated in height from zero to around 1800 mm. The plinth boards that require replacement are less than 1 metre off the ground and consist of one board each. The boards on 3 panels of fencing need attention. On the north side, one panel of fencing needs attention and this is situated at ground level and consists of 2 boards only. This job could be done by a fencer, a woodworker or a handy person and would probably only take part of a day to complete. - Due date: Flexible
