I need a Handyman to repair & repaint wooden staircase and ensure overall condition is sound. Photos attached and details as below. 1. Repair a bannister on the stairs which has come off the post at the bottom of the stairs and causing instability in the post half way up the stairs. 2. Replace 2-3 stairs closest to the ground that move (slide back and forth). 3. Refresh/re-coat the staircases, bannisters & posts with the same colour. 4. Supply & install clear acrylic sheets under the handrails to add safety due to loose wire balustrades.

Timber fence road side, needs 2 timber posts replaced. Some panels have popped out, needs nailed in to secure. Lattice extensions need some nails to secure them. In good condition. Just popped out a little. Side gate needs shaving down one side so the gate opens and shuts smoothly. Front gate also needs shaving for the same reason. Front picket fence board has dropped and needs to be nailed back into place. 2-3 extension panels need placed on a gab between fence and front picket fence.

8 metres of fence where existing posts are loose and boards warped. Side gate needs to meet the fence securely. 4 posts is the likely requirement.

A few panels have collapsed and need replacing / repaired before settlement of property

Dogs have chewed 7 x 1800x150 and 7x 1800x100 treated pine pailings. Might be 8 of each by the time it gets fixed Lol..just need them replaced. Easy access. Might consider running a second plynth to help stop this from happening again.

Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.

Need someone to nail back broken pailings, ensure that there is no loose nails and chicken wire (or happy to take suggestions?) the length of fence to reduce the chance of another attempt.
