Automated gate opener's screws keep coming off the gate, leaving holes on the gate. Needs to be fixed and than put the gate opener back on gate.

We have glass pool fencing supported by powder coated posts on a wooden deck. Job 1 - a glass panel has shifted away from one of the posts, causing the gate to sag. The glass needs to be removed, panel replumbed to be vertical and glass reinstalled / glued etc. Job 2 - There is also a second gate that’s not closing well. The gate hits the latch. My guess is easier repair than job 1. Job 3 - one other panel is coming away from a post. More minor fix than job 1. Photos in order of jobs above. Need contractor with demonstrated experience in similar repair jobs for pool fences, ideally glass panels.

Repair brick fence . We have all the pieces

Need damaged section of fence repaired/replaced to match existing. Requires supply of all materials and painted to match existing. 2.5m length x 1.5m high, palings are 100mm wide.

As seen in the photos. 2 fence posts have rotted and broke away. Need to be fixed/resecured. Preferably using the same post but refixing to the ground with steel as the water rises when there's heavy rain.

The fence is timber, double paligs, ie, palings over the gaps between the palings (for privacy). Some of the stumps are wobbly. Some of the timber could (possibly?) be reused.

-Remove rotten/broken fence palings on front gate -Replace with new wooden palings of same size and design -Paint the new fence palings and front gate -approx 3-4 palings to be replaced -repaint section of fence where there was graffiti (as per photo) -need to supply own paint and colour match as best as possible
