Need to fix the broken fence, it is quite straightforward , please look at the damage from the pictures. The rotten one needs to be replaced though. Please quote for the entire work, not in parts.

My auto swing gate is supported by a timber post which attached to brick by screws. However, the timber post started to detach from brick as it is weakening over time. I reckon the timber post needs to be replaced. The swing gate itself works fine.

A few timber fence posts seems to be giving way. Would like to consider new supports instead of replacing whole fence. Appears we need 2 if not 3 new fence posts. Either timber or steel at same height as the actual fence - we will remove the lattice section. No rush - new year fine. Fence has a double plinth.

Need to fix the leaning fence. Plus, the wood around fence gate is also rotten.

Following wisteria removal along back fence the trellis needs replacement with trellis or palings and some palings need replacement where they have been displaced by wisteria
