Re-posting the task as the assignee decided to cancel on me the day before coming out 😤 I need a carpenter or someone very ‘timber’ handy to assist with general maintenance on my picket fence (front of the house). In general it is in a good condition but needs the following: - 1 rotten post needs to be replaced. - 1 loose post needs cement at the base. - Adjust some of the pickets that are not fully in all the way. - Attach 6 or 7 capital tops (provided by me). - Clean/Prepping the fence. - 2 coats of paint (paint provided by me). Happy to pay for material separately. Please quote labour only. Photos attached. Location: Oakleigh East. To be completed in the next 2-3 weeks.
