Fence is leaning down I want someone who can fix it

There is a part of the fence rail that’s rotten. Since it’s a long fence, we don’t want to replace the whole rail, but rather repair it by reinforcing it. It doesn’t need to look perfect, just need to be reinforced so that it won’t fall. Thank you.

The fence gate used to open but it stopped working one day. If you pull with enough force you can still open it but it's very inconvenient. Also have a sliding door that isn't sitting right and may need a wheel? Not too sure...

Side Gate (B) - Need to fix it or replace ( open to suggestions!) - The side gate basically can't be locked or latch on - When it open outward, it hit the concrete floor 3. Fences (repair) - Repair and straighten up the fence Note: obviously it is not a $5 job. I need to know the cost of each job. Offer to include airtasker fee, labor and material.
