I need a Handyman to repair & repaint wooden staircase and ensure overall condition is sound. Photos attached and details as below. 1. Repair a bannister on the stairs which has come off the post at the bottom of the stairs and causing instability in the post half way up the stairs. 2. Replace 2-3 stairs closest to the ground that move (slide back and forth). 3. Refresh/re-coat the staircases, bannisters & posts with the same colour. 4. Supply & install clear acrylic sheets under the handrails to add safety due to loose wire balustrades.

Repair and patch up the broken fence Can negotiate price for potential additional fence re-enforcing

Fencing repairs required. Need to replace the side access gate and There are few broken pails to fix. Prefer someone to inspect and quote

One screw of the cloths line , come off from the fence . So. Need to reinstall , probably need to add little wood support

Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.

I need approximately 10 picket fence piling replaced on my front fence. Old pailings need to be removed. Some are fixed to metal, others straight into timber bearers.

I’m after someone to repair/improve this crooked new fence. Built by a licensed QBCC carpenter found here on this platform. “Ben C. on Airtasker. Also trading as Frankie’s Fences. Unfortunately after repeated promises to fix the fence, I’ve been left high and dry. 1300mm high timber fence. The last Three posts are not in line. Which also makes the capping crooked as well.

My fence has a section that is a gate. The gate part is in disrepair, would like the section patched up so it is straight and not at risk of coming down. Do not require the gate part to be able to open anymore. Not too concerned about the appearance inside the fence.

Fence is sagging / leaning into my neighbours side and needs straightening, maybe rotten stump, or soft soil. The fence itself is also a little weird as its normal fence neighbour side and spraycreted panels our side (prior owner not me).

Some car hit our fence and broke it. Can someone please quote me on this. The total length would be around 10-12 metres
