The timber garden gate urgently needs repair. The supporting post at the base has become loose, and the central post shows a large crack in the wood. As a result, the gate has fallen over. Immediate repairs are required to secure the loose post and either reinforce or replace the damaged central post to restore the gate’s stability and functionality.

This is a timber fence in good condition. The fence has about a 10 degree lean. It seems the footings may be inadequate for the weight of the fence. Screw in fence pailings into old fence and adjust gate on greenhouse. Pailings will be supplied. The gate frame could be drilled so that a new hole will line up with the bolt where the gate level has dropped to overtime. Post holding sliding gate has been pushed and this has caused the bolts to be uplifted slightly (post is now on slight lean) Need bolts removed, apply concrete glue, then install new dynabolts so post is vertical so gate slides smoothly. You supply dynabolts and concrete glue
