after the storm, my fence gate parts are seperated from each other. I will need someone to come, maybe a welder or handyman to rejoin or fix.

Four palings on the timber gate have been chewed by a dog. These need replacing. They are timber palings mounted on metal frame. Also need a new hole cut out to put hand through to open gate so you will need a reciprocating saw. 20-30 min job for a person who knows what they are doing. I have the palings. Offering $65. I need a Handyman to repair & repaint wooden staircase (including supply of materials) and ensure overall condition is sound. Photos attached and details as below. 1. Repair a bannister on the stairs which has come off the post at the bottom of the stairs and causing instability in the post half way up the stairs. 2. Replace 2-3 stairs closest to the ground that move (slide back and forth). 3. Refresh/re-coat the staircases, bannisters & posts with the same colour. 4. Supply & install clear acrylic sheets under the handrails to add safety due to loose wire balustrades.

Leaning fence dye to rotting timber poles. Needs to be rapaired

Need some quotes for one section of colorbond fence and to fix the retaining wall in one section. Also to reattach pool fence once repaired.

Colorbond fence was blown over in storm. Need to replace five posts and their concrete bases, then reassemble fence panels and frames. I will supply concrete and posts .

We have a section of the fence which is broken. The posts on the fence have detached itself from the wall. This would need to be fixed.

One section of front fence is quite flimsy, just the area with the letterbox on attached to the gate. Might need a bit of concrete or a new post? Further photos attached of the bottom of the post.

I need a leaning fence repaired

Hi all, looking for someone who can fix/replace some of my fencing woes. 1. Side fence/gate - the pole in the ground has sunk and the gate doesn’t stay on the hinges anymore. Whole things unstable. Need new pole with sturdier foundations. 2. Retaining wall along eastern side of the house has gave way in 2-3 sections. Supporting posts have rotted away. There is access down the side of the house if you need to bring in machinery to help prop the fence back up while it’s repaired Thanks 🙂

Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.
