In my wooden picket fence, the vertical plank of wood on the gate closest to the latch has a crack in it, and it makes it difficult to close the gate (you still can, but it often takes a few tries). I am hoping someone can either glue the plank of wood back together for me, or replace it with one painted to match. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 17 August 2022

Front picket fence needs repairing. There are 2 gates which are both not closing correctly, one is dragging across the ground. One of the main posts is loose and is leaning inwards (this post is shared with the neighbour). This is the cause of the gate that is dragging I think. The other gate is also not closing, it's hitting the post. Also the plinth seems to be bowing out a little bit across the length of the fence at the bottom. Pickets are in reasonable condition. At least one of the posts looks fairly rotted near the ground. Happy to go for what repairs are possible and new parts where required. Looking to get it done as soon as possible.
