Our wooden fence needs a minor repair to straighten it. It has been leaning towards one side due to strong winds. Thanks

The lock of side yard fence gate was broken. It just needs to put a new lock. I attach photos. Fixing needed on both ends.

Colorbond fence is leaning on my property side and needs to be straightened out. I have split ac outdoor unit right behind that fence and can't afford to have this fence leaning on my side. Other side is neighbor's property. Havent spoken to them on this yet. Price mentioned here is jus a placeholder and can be discussed further.

My side gate on the property which is made of colourbond material is not closing.Due to new construction on the side property, retaining wall might have been shifted which caused the gate post to shift as well causing gap between the post and gate to reduce. Please see attached photo. Need a quote to fix the issue. Please think of a cost effective and robust solution before providing the cost.

I have a semi new wooden fence that needs to a brand new and stronger post installed due to it rotted at the base and due to its high wind location. This post will need to be replaced and the gate it’s attached to needs to be realigned. The gate closes to the brick house via a wooden beam, which will most likely need to be screwed back into the brick wall. So experience in connecting wood to brickwork is a must as is insurance. The rest of the fence is fairly new, however, I wouldn’t mind a maintenance check and a few quick screws to flatten out panels that have started to bow.
