The bottom section of a steel post on the pole home is rusted, with visible holes in the black-painted area. Recommend either repairing or replacing the post and constructing a concrete dome around the base for added protection. The post height is approximately 1.2 meters. Remove damaged section of fence (2.44m) and dispose off-site. Timber required: Palings: 31 x timber palings (Treated Pine) (1.72m height) Rails: 3 x horizontal timber rails (2.34m) No posts are required because existing posts are sturdy.

Pool gate not closing might need replacement

Fence has warped after heavy rain and come apart at join to post, still upright but leaning slightly. Post timber and connection timber not in great shape(rotting) so looks like it needs some new timber drilling/bolting? into place to secure the 2 sections of fence. Also sleeper along ground may be best to replace but initially task is priced just on securing the fence. I am available to push 2 sections together whilst securing new timber pieces to create reliable join. Less than an hour's work, please include supply of relevant timber, needs to be a secure fix and not too ugly.

Dividing fence is leaning towards our side of the property. Would like to repair the leaning section of the fence.

Several wooden planks of he deck and fence have rotted because of rain. Need to repair the deck and wooden fence that surrounds the deck. The front and back deck needs to be varnished again after several rotten planks have been replaced. A new outside door is to be installed in the garage. In one of the yards the fence abutting the street needs to be replaced with a new fence, probably a metal fence that is rust free?

Leaning front column attaches to gate and side fence. Would like it fixed so straight and fence and gate connect properly.

Fence pailings lose need securing (screwing) back in place. Two gate latches require adjustment. Please bring own tools and screws for fence.
