Fix broken, snapped backyard lattice

Hi there I have an old tennis fence with rusted old posts and it needs repairing. The fence swings in the wind and I’m worried will totally fall over one day. Thanks Stuart

A couple of jobs for one handy person. The first job- supply and install fencing for both sides of my house. I would like the fences to have a gate on each side of the house. Looking at prefab horizontal or vertical slats in either aluminium or timber (white). One side is 3350mm wide- I would like this side to have a gate wide enough to be able to get a lawn mower through. (See photo) The other side is 1900mm wide. This side is where the bins are kept so would also need a gate to easily move bins through. (See first photo) Job 2- fix flashing on the cladding on side of house that has slipped down. This was from a possum which is now no longer going into our home. (See photo 3) Job 3- paint small area of cladding on both sides of house. I will supply the paint. We need competitive quotes for painting our boundary paling fence in Monument colour. Approx measurements are 40m one side, 18m back, and 10-15m the other side. Mostly of it is standard height fence with a lower section at the front side boundary.
