Remove fence and take away wooden planks

We have an existing wooden retaining wall which needs repairing. I'm seeking a general handyman to assist me. It’s not large or high. I have already dismantled most of the area needing repair and have purchased steel posts, the necessary wooden planks, and concrete to set the posts. One of the issues is that the existing posts that were holding used to support the existing wooden planks were deteriorated/rotten. However as I tried to remove them I was only able to get so much of them dug out. I’m seeking someone to come and help me finish off the job by removing the remaining material from the two post holes I have dug, removing the final post then setting the posts into concrete.

We need to install a steel fence around our bin area to enclose the area. This fence needs to be able to open up to take out the bins for the bin company to empty them and for security needs to have a latch to install a padlock.

Pool fence and possibly gate needs adjustment to retain compliance permit. Looking for someone experienced in adjusting and aligning pool fencing.

The front gate on the fence does not remain closed. I suspect this is because of the land movement, and the bolts on the gates (~3) requires readjustment. In the attached photo, the gate is currently blocked by the bin. The handle is where the gap is big enough that the gate doesn't remain closed.
