I have a non-compliant pool fence and wish to have that made compliant. The boundary fence is within the non-climbable zone of the pool fence. Additionally, part of the boundary fence (about 50m) needs replacing, along with gates. Please only reply if you are up to speed on NSW compliancy requirements. The fence is a new, but in the wind two sections have become loose. It is damaged in two parts, Part 1. a post has broken (rusted through) at the bottom and will need replacing Part 2.
