I need a opening on the fence of my backyard. With the lock to open and close.

To pull down take away and replace with a new 1.95m timber paling fence. 15.2 meters long

I am looking for someone who can put the fence back to its position. Nothing is broken, it’s just putting it back to where it was. Just need to put the nails after pulling it back.
