The cement around a steel front fence post is cracked, the cracked cement needs to be removed, and new high strength cement poured around the post. The right hand side front fence gate will need to be removed, taken off the two hinges without damaging or scratching the gate. The gate is quite wide and will require 2 people to remove and replace once the concrete around the post has set. I don't mind helping with this if required. The section of colorbond fence panel attached to the fence post will need to be removed without damage or scratching the panel. Once the cement around the post has set, the colorbond fence panel will need to be reattached to the fence post. - Due date: Flexible

Hello, There is a HardieFlex cladding sheet panel that I was looking to get replaced on the front porch side of the roof. Wanted to get a quote on cost to remove the old panel and replace with a new panel which could be painted if possible. I know the colour and type of paint used, I can paint the panel myself if required. The cladding sheet panel that I was looking to get replaced is approximately 1 metre high in the centre and tapers down on both sides. The length of the cladding sheet panel at the bottom from end to end is approximately 2.3 metres. There is two colorbond metal sections at the top that are riveted in place which will need to be removed in order to completely remove the old cladding sheet panel and replace with the new cladding sheet panel. Once the new cladding sheet panel is installed the colorbond metal sections will need to be riveted back in place. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, I like to build a dog enclosure at the corner of a property. One side of the property's side retaining wall is falling. I'm in the process of fixing that. I don't know how long it is going to take. First, for workers to work, I need to secure that area from the house dog. Instead of putting up a temporary fence, I like to build a dog enclosure so this area can be used as a barrier now. It is going to be 10m long and 2m wide with a gate. No covering needed. Just a metal fencing around and a gate.
