Need a qualified fencer to replace and restore old fence asap

I have a small section of my timber fence that wobbles a little due to what appears a rotted timber post. I require someone to come and repair it. I am thinking a a steel post alongside the existing one to reinforce and stabilise the fence? But obviously you can let me konw if there is a better option.

Replace 10 posts to restore existing boundary wall fence. Same wall will be used. Work area is well accessible.

Side gate to town house keeps breaking as it bangs on the screw when there is wind. The fence is wooden but the latch is secured to metal frame. It's been 'fixed' numerous times. Can use existing latch or replace possibly relocating slightly. Please only respond if you can do a quality job that will last. Ideally it will be secure and won't bang in the wind.

Fix 1800mm high palings to inside of fence on part of the boundary fence. Additional palings on outside of front fence to shield gaps greater than 10mm ie double palings. Looking for 2 people to put up a set of very large (2.1m long each), heavy gates - will need 2 strong men to move them. I will supply all the materials. Tasker will need to have a post hole digger to dig 2 extra deep holes for new posts for the gates. Gates will go just behind (or in front of if you're looking at it from inside the property as pictured) the 2 colorbond panels in the centre of the photo. The gates are ever so slightly bigger than this area, so to save extra work, I am going to put them just inside the fence line, rather than in line with it and then just remove the 2 colourbond panels and cut off the centre colorbond post. New gate posts should sit as flush as possible in front of the existing fence (no big gap). If you are able to do all this with the fence still in place, I am happy to do the fence removal part afterward, otherwise if the fence panels need to be removed first, please include that in the task. Nothing is required to be disposed of. (There are plants that were planted a couple of weeks ago just outside of the fence. I will remove these if needed to give easier access, but I need someone reliable who is actually going to show up, as I want everything to be done in the same day - I don't want to remove the plants days prior to having the gate installed).
