Need to dog proof a pool gate with something to ensure a dog stays out of the pool area.

There is existing fencing but it is broken and there are some gaps.It is the boundary to the back garden which is down steps and can only be accessed on foot.

I need two of the panels replaced, see pic. The end one that is slanted as well as panel next to it due to bottom being rusted. Both are around same size total together close to 1.5m

Remove gate and additional paneling from Colorbond gate. This is all just tek screwed together. Cut 2x posts down at ground level. One post is partially rendered to the house but should not be difficult to remove once cut. Remove gate, panelling and posts offsite. Gate is about 4'-5' high. The posts are set in concrete, the concrete is not to be damaged, hence cutting the posts. Ideally the posts are cut 1" below the concrete level so future concreting covers all evidence. Get creative here if you can. Perhaps a power hacksaw can be employed to split the post at it's angles and a cold chisel and hammer can bend the material down out of sight below the concrete line.
