As seen in the photos. 2 fence posts have rotted and broke away. Need to be fixed/resecured. Preferably using the same post but refixing to the ground with steel as the water rises when there's heavy rain.

I am looking for a builder to do some repair work on my house. The house is a replica Queenslander, on steel posts. Two of the jobs are large, and the third is small. This site requires a budget, and I guessed at a figure, but I don't have much idea. The work is: 1) Fix or replace the front stairs. The left-hand handrail has a join that is coming apart, so the whole handrail is very loose. And some of the balusters may be coming loose. So I’m interested in either repair or replacement. 2) Repair or replace one of the steel posts supporting the house. It has rust at its base, and this has gone right through in part of the post. 3) Repair a newel post on the back deck – the one near the top of the stairs. It is rotting from the top. Please provide proof of builder certification etc. - Due date: Flexible

Need to remove and replace support post to awning. I have the new post and bolts already. Will need to measure and cut new post, as well as drill holes for bolts. Post sits between glass fencing. Flexible on date and time.

I have 3 fence posts that need to be pulled out and removed. Pretty solid and cemented into the ground.

Aprox 20 meter timber dividing fence. The remains of a chain wire fence posts still in place without the wire. Easy access to site it is the back half of the dividing fence

Need it done Sunday 3rd. Fence needs to be nailed back together and onto the side post. There are 11 palings that have been pulled off and need to be reattached. Nothing needs replacing and the wood is fine, just need someone that can put it back together. I have photos for reference.
