I need help with remove the ivy in between me and my neighbour’s sharing fence

Side double gates need to be replaced, currently timber, installing metal using the same upright posts with additional metal frames, have prefab frame and bought materials. Suit handyman or chipy. I will supply all materials, this is purely labour

Fixing a leaning wooden fence up to 8m length or replace it needed. It appears woods in good condition.

We require 2x timber gates to be built and then fitted to the two side returns. There is an existing gate at the front of the property, and would like the gates built to match (timber, merbau). Painting is not required. Also, the gates need to be fitted with latches. Hardware (timber, posts, hinges, latches, etc.) to be provided by the builder. Posts are in a monument powder coated metal, would like made to match. Per the photos there are existing gates which are to be removed. On the right side return there are existing posts which can remain in situ, so the gate can be installed onto these posts. On the left side return, 2x new metal posts will need to be supplied and installed. Further, due to the size of the gap, a small fence will need to be constructed, which the post/gate will connect to (you can see a temp installation in place today in the photos). Inspection welcome. Approx 9.5 metre fence including gate, required. Paling with capping or other material. Remove some bricks and put fence and gate along patio and fence to boundary. Two sides fence , total including gate 9.5 meters..gate preferred with slats .rest privacy fence.
