Land is fairly level and will have 1m min clearance each side. Existing section of dilapidated picket fence will be removed by owners.

Hi Airtaskers! Merry Christmas to all. I want a gate to be installed on the side of the house together with a fixed panel. As per the attached photo: 1- On the left, there is a panel which might be asbestos (or fibre cement sheet) and has a width of 160cm (number 1 in the photo); it is where I want the gate to be installed (either single or double gate; whichever is more practical considering the width). 2- On the right, there is a wooden gate (slats) which has a width of 180cm (number 2 in the photo); 3- Between the above two items there is a post that holds part of the weight of the carport roof (number 3 in the photo); and 4- I want the color of the fence/gate to be similar to the side fence of the neighbouring property (number 4 in the photo). 5- Number 5 in the photo is an extension room; its wall are not strong enough to be used as a support for posts of a fence or gate; so the posts need to be properly fixed into the ground. It would be appreciated if you let me know: - your thoughts about the best option in this case. I was thinking of putting a fixed panel/fence on the right (to replace the wooden gate); and then on the left, using a double-gate, 80cm each. - do you remove all the rubbish and the existing panels from the site once the job is complete? - how much would it cost to do the job. Looking for a quote to remove approx 79m of asbestos fencing on my existing home currently under construction. Completion date will be March / April so will look to have the fence removed at handover.
