Backyard • Remove existing fence • Supply and install timber fence ○ Back fence approx 5.2m ○ Adjoining side fence approx 7m ○ Desired height 2.4 - 2.7m (will need to clarify once measured). 2.7m can be done using 2 X 150mm plinths to reach height with 2.4m pailings sitting on top. • Disposal of old fence and any offcuts/rubbish Notes: garden bed against side wall. Some trimming of branches / brush may be required to provide adequate room to install fence Front yard • Remove existing fence • Supply and install timber fence ○ Picket fence with two access gates ○ Front fence total approx 5.2m length • If possible would like the middle panel of pailings to be installed in a way that is easily detachable / removable when desired to allow for easier access for any future building works or furniture removal. • Disposal of old fence and any offcuts/rubbish Notes: metal fence butts up against neighbours rendered brick pilon on.
