Fence installation and removal

Need to attach approx 10meters of wire to top of high fence to meet pool safety regulations. Fence is approx 4 meters high . We have the mouse wire and the staple gun. Dont have ladder or material to chock up under ladder on sloping ground.

Need an exisiting fence removed and a new 40m fence installed. 4 horizontal rails plus a 5th rail for lattice. Post heights range from 2.4 -4.8m. Fence diagram below.
