Our colourbond lattice fence needs a gate installed. A post will need to be drilled into the tile of the patio. Please advise if a gate needs to be purchased of if one can be made from the existing fencing. - Due date: Flexible

We have purchased a new side gate, and need it installed. Posts are existing in the spot, but need to be removed and replaced (to the appropriate width to make the new gate fit) as they’re rotting. Must supply, posts, hinges, latch, and all tools needed to get the job done. I will stain and oil gate and posts. Gate hole (from wall to fence) is 1180cm width. New gate is 90cm width. We need a wooden slat fence installed to sit in front of an existing colorbond fence - there is currently a bamboo screen that needs to be removed (it's tied on. Photo 1 is our fence on the other side - this is what we're wanting with a 0.5cm gap in-between the slats. Brickwork required for new front fence. Four brick pillars required to mount new vertical skating and gate (note part of scope), plus raising existing fence line on the left hand side of the driveway(as look at the photo). Scope. 1. Includes all footings, sand and cement to match house as well as labour, bricks to be supplied by owner are bowral blue. 4. Build new concrete step to connect to existing steps - this is because you would now ‘step up’ as you walk in as level is being raised.
