3 Fence posts are wobbly. In concrete, concrete still solid and stable. Looks like the posts have rotted. Two of the three posts hold up the gate, so the gate is not set straight. Need someone to help stabilise the fence posts and reset the gate. Gate is steel frame, timber palings. Quote required to replace back fence that we share with our neighbour. It is currently a wooden fence and we would like the new one to be wooden also. A retaining wall of sorts is required underneath, so the fence rests on top of it. This can be explained properly on inspection. Our neighbour has a pool so we need to ensure the new fence is compliant with pool rules/laws. Ideally all materials are removed at the time of building the new fence but can discuss cost for this. Cost on this listing is just a holding deposit so we can get someone out to look/measure and provide a quote.

I need a garden gate (similar to the one in the photo) supplied and installed. Frame to be galvanized and two posts and gate slats to be dressed hardwood. Height approximately 1.8 meters. Full width of passage is 95cm. Lock to be similar to the photo attached. Gate and post on the wall side should sit 2cm above the top of the foundation (circled in red). Some of our existing fence palings are rotten at the bottom and some are broken. These will need to be removed and replaced. It is a standard vertical wood fence with a space/gap between each paling secured by nails to supporting posts.. The palings currently used are wood and has been treated for termites etc
