Need someone to help stabilise the fence posts and reset the gate. Gate is steel frame, timber palings. Quote required to replace back fence that we share with our neighbour. It is currently a wooden fence and we would like the new one to be wooden also. A retaining wall of sorts is required underneath, so the fence rests on top of it. This can be explained properly on inspection. Our neighbour has a pool so we need to ensure the new fence is compliant with pool rules/laws. Ideally all materials are removed at the time of building the new fence but can discuss cost for this. Cost on this listing is just a holding deposit so we can get someone out to look/measure and provide a quote.
