Part of the fence outside the house is leaned, and the corner part has been detached from the post. Need help with straighten up the fence and also reattach the corner to the post.

We have an existing timber fence, however the front part of it has always been missing. We are doing a Knockdown Rebuild and currently have a temporary fence (circled) on the front part. However, the temporary fence is due to come off this week so we we will have an exposed area at the front with access to the neighbour's property. Please note work cannot be done until the adjoining steel fence is fixed. I do not know the timetable for that. Fence was damaged in storms in February. Fence backs onto an industrial estate. Ground is essentially level, and can be easily cleared for work. Work is time dependent on repairs to the steel fence immediately adjacent, which is leaning into our yard. I hope to have that done by the body corporate for the industrial estate soon. I have a quote of $1200 for materials, and I would be interested in a quote just for labour as well as for labour and materials. I have placed an estimate of 1000 just for labour.

We need to install wood slippers against Colorbond fence. Length is about 20 meters. Wood slippers can be provided. We’re flexible with timing. However, we would like to do this in January. See attached photos for where the sleepers will go. Photos 1 and 2 are the side fence, 20M long and will be done with 200x50x3M H4 Sleepers. Photo 3 is the front of the house and needs to be done as photo 4. It is 8M long. Photo 4 is my neighbour’s fence sleeper done with a different, I guess low quality wood. - Due date: Flexible
