I need a Handyman to repair & repaint wooden staircase (including supply of materials) and ensure overall condition is sound. Photos attached and details as below. 1. Repair a bannister on the stairs which has come off the post at the bottom of the stairs and causing instability in the post half way up the stairs. 2. Replace 2-3 stairs closest to the ground that move (slide back and forth). 3. Refresh/re-coat the staircases, bannisters & posts with the same colour. 4. Supply & install clear acrylic sheets under the handrails to add safety due to loose wire balustrades.

We have a wooden fence between our house and neighbours property. It is starting to lean over due to rotten support posts. We need someone to come out, remove and concrete in new ones and pull the panels back into place

We have 17 pool fencing posts to be removed from the ground. Fencing panels have already been taken down, only the posts remain. Each is concreted into dirt. Looking for someone with appropriate machinery to remove the posts quickly with minimal damage to the yard please.

Remove 11.2 meters of rotten over grown fence. 7 m of wooden fence. 8 brick pillars. Then dig the 11.2 m to 40cm deep and 1m wide to remove old roots so new fence and hedge can be installed.

Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.

add palings to bottom of the fence, reason is to stop weeds coming in next door to our yard. front has been done. Wont take you long, need to bring nail gun, saw and you pick up treated pine palings in total 28 palings collect from a bunnings store. Permission is allowed in neigbours yard. Images are where it has been done and an image of where it needs to be done, this is not the full length I have just shown images of where it has to be done. 28 Palings is enough Next job is build a wooden gate to bottom stair, 900height 945 wide approx, something like in this image I will stain if needed. Black Hinges and Black latch for gate you will need to get from Bunnings

House block with side fence from the house that extends to the side boundary. I need someone to Demo existing timber fence (approx 4m)and build a Replacement fence to be of timber paling or colourbond whichever is more efficient. The fence must have a pedestrian gate that forms part of the fence between the house and the boundary fence. Current gate has a steel frame in good condition and may be reused but I think it’s too heavy (potentially needs hanging from the house not a post).
