Install 6 meter timber fence

We had to remove exiting fence due to building boundary to boundary house. Now that it’s been completed we need the fence to be put back in the side space

Control panel needs re-programming (re-wiring?) to enable entered code to open the gate.

Prior to settling on our house, the realestate agent organized for a new pool fence to be installed without asking us where to install it. As you can see, the fence has been installed right through the undercover BBQ area and it has ruined our ability to entertain. We would like to move the fence over about 1.5 meters. We were quoted $500 (4hrs of work and new posts) by the pool fence guy who installed it but he doesn't have time to do the work. Anyone else willing to quote this job?
