There are five tasks in total: (1) Install a ~2m long, 1.5m high picket side fence, with a gate. The latch on the gate should be a Lokklatch or equivalent. This fence does not need to be painted. Photo of gap to be fenced / gated is attached. (2) Replace an existing side access gate with a new 1.5m tall picket style gate. The latch on the gate should be a Lokklatch latch or equivalent. The gate does not need to be painted. The existing gate needs to be removed from site and disposed of. Photo of current gate is attached. (3) Install a ~1.2m high, 3m long railing to match a deck. The railing uprights and top rail would be timber, but the lower stringers would look great as stainless cables. None of this needs to be stained / painted. The value I've stated should include all labour, materials and disposal fees.

Install gate latch and screw timber backing back into gate

We require someone to install gate latch onto a metal fence which came off, need screws and bits into iron gate. We will provide the latch

Part of the wooden fence is sticking out, need it fixed so they are not sticking out. DONT NEED a new fence as we are going to renovate - we need to remove this potential hazard.

I have a brick fence that is 600cm x 145cm tall x 22 cm deep. That I need to be demolished. It is 35cm deep at certain points along the fence and it is 155cm tall at its highest points. It does not require a permit to remove but does require hoarding and hoarding permit. The bricks and debris will also need to be removed.

Remove old letterbox from fence and replace with a new one - I'm thinking the "Sandleford Cobalt Fence Letterbox", which I would purchase (https://www.bunnings.com.au/sandleford-cobalt-fence-letterbox_p3200334). We have a standard 1.8m paling fence, the posts at rear are leaning away from us towards neighbours property. I have 1.8m star pickets x 10 and driver, hoping to drive them in on our side and support the old fence to be vertical using metal ties. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

Remove remaining brick retaining wall. Replace two rotten fence posts (all concrete for footings needs to be below ground level). Build sleeper retaining wall along back fence approx. 500mm high. Fence is approx. 6 metres long. Noting to replace the fence posts there is still a little bit of a stump and concrete along the back which you can see in the photos which will need to be removed to enable fence to be at ground level. I also require the remaining ground area to be rebricked so please specify whether that is also something you are also able to do.
