We have demolished a house and are building a new house. 2 of the old fences need to be removed and new fences built. The 3rd timber paling fence on the South side needs some repair and extension. North side fence to be removed is a cyclone wire fence approx 37m long. It has treated pine posts. It needs to be replaced with a new timber paling fence (lapped and capped) with a minimum height of 1.8m (to meet building permit requirements) and 38m long. Pictures included. Back fence (West side) is 16.8m long. Old fence to be removed is steel reo with a double gate for car access. We have street access at back too. Building permit specifies new timber paling fence min 1.8m height. We want a new fence with vertical timber slats with a double gate to allow car/caravan/boat access.
