New fence has been erected. We would like to install wpc panels on part of the fence as feature wall

Install pre-fab fence and gate at a childcare centre. Will have in-ground posts, not flanged - one post flush to fence, one flush to brick wall and of course another for gate. All fence and gate parts supplied, just requires installation. Total is 3m width, likely gate width of 1500, so 1500 of fence (will need to be cut down as comes 2400). Height is 1200. Pics show ground, wall, fence and an example of the type of fence panel.

My backyard fence is leaning over and we require help straightening it. We are unsure of the reason why it's leaning over. It could be as simple as needing a couple of screws or might require reinforcement.

The fence as in attached photos needs some scaffolding as it is slanted down with the recent winds. Please look at the photos and bid if you can fix it.

My pool fence is not to code and I need to get it up to code. The gate need to close on its own. The glass pannels have separated from the posts in three places. I would like to reuse the existing hardware if it can be brought up to code from a sustainability perspective.
