New Fence and lockable gate required and must not be see thru. Colorbond or timber but need that brown color. 1700mm wide fence / gate. 900mm wide gate approx. Need 2m high Would need a high 2m plus cross brace as fence is not braced and would get support from brickwork. Otherwise cut concrete and install new foundation for new post. Driveway gate needed between brick house and wood side fence. Wooden picket gate similar to existing front fence (see photo). With swivel casters wheels to assist with opening/closing and key lock. Access to property on 15th Nov. for measuring. Then installing ASAP prior to 28th Nov. Fence needs fixing and it needs to be made to be locable. It is a metal rail fence with the spikes on top. Needs welding tools. One of the sections has pulled out from brackets. The gate never locked properly and there must be some way to fix this, but we can't do this ourselves. We have been finding it very difficult to find anyone who can help us. Most only do a full fence replacement, rather than repairs of existing fence. It does not need replacing. - Due date: Before Sunday, 23 April 2023
