One section of front fence is quite flimsy, just the area with the letterbox on attached to the gate. Might need a bit of concrete or a new post? Further photos attached of the bottom of the post.

Front timber fence was smashed from car. We do not want a brand new fence but just for the fence to be restored to previous state (i.e., standing up and palings all in good condition). Some of the palings were damaged from the car unfortunately. We would appreciate if this could be fixed ASAP. :)

I need a 35m long typical full height (180cm?) timber side fence built. I have attached an approx mock up of where the fencing would go. Red is a typical 180cm timber back yard fence and is the most important. I made the approx budget figure in the ad for the site fence only as it's mandatory to put a figure. Blue lines in illustration to be a more decorative white fence. We can decide details of fence during/after site visit but is less important. I would like this done asap but as long as it's completed before the end of October then is ok. There is a non-core filled 1m high block wall approximately 17m long that needs to be removed prior to the new fence being built. I have attached pictures. It's very old and not in good condition. We are looking to quickly repair our front fence to get ready to sell our property. The front face is leaning over and two post bases are rotten. These post do not appear to be concreted in. In addition to the front fence, our back gate post is also rotten and needs repaired. This post is concreted in and the gate will need to be rehung. Fence post are 90mm x 1.8m high. No need to worry about palings or painting - just need help with the post repair. We can pay for materials and will have a skip for rubbish. - Due date: Before Friday, 10 March 2023
