I recently had a new fence installed but the fencer has left a gap. I need another timber sleeper/plinth under the existing fence line in each of the two sections to fill the gap. Each section is approximately 2200mm in length. Ground is very soft from recent rain. Please include whether your offer includes materials, or I am to purchase.

Four palings on the timber gate have been chewed by a dog. These need replacing. They are timber palings mounted on metal frame. Also need a new hole cut out to put hand through to open gate so you will need a reciprocating saw. 20-30 min job for a person who knows what they are doing. I have the palings. Offering $65. The job is to install a above ground pool (Sterns) into slightly sloping ground (wer arrange for excavation), including installing the liner. You will need the relevant expertise and experience re. levelling the site, bolting the frame together and neatly (!) installing the liner. Previous experience with similar jobs essential. Access to yard is wide and easy. Pool is approx. 6.2x3.8m. Bottom end sits on ground, top end is roughly 20cm above ground level. - Due date: Before Monday, 30 October 2023

L shaped stratco type fence on two side of pool area. Would be on the pool travitine tiles as is the glass fence on the other two sides.

Install a 1.8m high Stratco wavelok good neighbour fence. 17m of fence, 7 panels. All fencing will be on site, I have also got cement and concrete blend on site. You only need to allow labour and bring your own tools Ground in level. Posts to be just set close to the existing retaining wall. No work to the retaining wall required. You will also need to remove the exiting timber fence at the same time. The existing fence just needs to be left in the front yard. There’s is 35m of existing fence to be removed. Disposal is by me.

Centre post is really loose and needs digging around and new rapid set concrete applying and also needs screwing back to the partition fence as batten has become dislodged and maybe some Pailing renailed - Due date: Flexible
