Scope of work to complete pool compliance works as per the inspection report: 1. A 900mm NCZ 1 must be provided between any horizontal members of the fence. a. Supply and install a 10-12mm Perspex sheet to the glass pool fence section (framed if required) to ensure we maintain a NCZ 1 of at least 1200mm. 2. The boundary barrier must be at least 1.8m when measured from inside the pool area. a. Remove as much garden bed as possible to bring the fence height closer to 1800mm. b. Supply and install 5mm Perspex to the top rails of the Colorbond fence to ensure we achieve the minimum height of 1800mm required. 3. A 900mm NCZ 5, measured down from the top of the boundary fence, must be provided. a. Cut and remove all vegetation from inside the pool barrier to no more than 800mm from ground level to ensure compliance. This includes an extra 100mm to allow for future growth and to mitigate failed compliance. The vegetation will need to be maintained regularly to ensure it does not grow to the point of making the pool non-compliant. b. Remove the decorative screens that are screwed to the fence to eliminate all potential foot holds. c. Remove all waste from the site and dispose of it properly. 4.Features, objects, and changes in levels must be set back a minimum of 500mm from the boundary barrier on the pool side. a. Remove excess debris from the garden beds where necessary to assist in maintaining the required 1800mm boundary fence. b. Supply and install 5mm clear Perspex to the Colorbond fence to ensure the minimum height of 1800mm is achieved and meets compliance.

I need a section of wooden fence and gate modified so that it can be opened.

I need gates to be installed. I am flexible with either purchasing all the materials or for you to supply. The front of the house needs 2 pedestrian gates and 1 double gate for a car. Height should be 1.8m, color in ironstone.

The fence between my neighbour and I are leading towards my propety. His side is grass and mine is concrete. I just need to get the stabilised as its becoming an annoying and unsafe issue

I require colorbond fences to be installed. 1.8m high, momentum color. With a sleeper because concrete will be poured afterwards. Roughly 20 meters of an old wooden fence needs to be removed. Would you be able to pop by my property in the next week (currently vacant so you can go any time) at 9 Crawford Crescent, Wyoming please? The fence we are wanting erected is between no 7 and 9 (left hand side) The length is approx. 20m (runs from back of yard until the end of bessar brick retaining wall... I imagine we would need to put in a colourbond panel there to fence in both properties?) Colourbond height is 1500mm with a sleeper retainer (or what ever is the most budget friendly option but one that will last). I would like a green colour but will need to discuss with the neighbours, do the prices differ with the different colours? Are you able to assist in providing me with a quote please?
