Fire alarm needs replacing upstairs with a Quell 10 yr battery alarm 2 x fixed windows new silicone on bottom of window 2 x internal door handles are loose and need tightening 2 x corner kitchen cupboards not lining up need adjusting test timer in roof for hot air extractors
Laith was communicative and was on time. As our house is a period house he was also able to advise and point out problems that we should keep our eye on in the future and with hints on how better to manage these possible problems. We will be using Laith again.
