Fireplace and gas line has been installed, just need pressure test and flue installation. Flue is only 1.4m with horizontal cowl, easy access to connect flue as the wall is open and hole already for cowl.

I’m installing an electric fireplace, need electrician to install a plug inside the wall for the fireplace with a safety off switch. Big hole is on the wall so won’t require any cutting up, also, carpenter is on site to patch up wall after electrician is finished.
