Hello, I’m looking to install a fireplace, but I’ve never had one installed one before. I’m going to purchase a small one as my house is quite small. I have floorboards with concrete underneath that would need to be taken up, etc. above the spot is an aircon unity that I will take out but there’s no pre-existing fire place area. I’m not sure how much this may cost, so I am looking for some quotes, etc. many thanks

Supply and install electric fireplace or possibly gas depending on the price. I already have natural gas in my home. The fireplace is going onto an external wall which already has a niche cut out. I would probably need gybrock around the fireplace. I have lowered my task price to enable someone to come and quote me. I really want this done and looking for somebody honest who can work within my budget to achieve the result I’m after.
